CASCO FIRE DEPARTMENT
Casco, Maine
The Casco Fire Department protects the Town of Casco, Maine located in the Sebago Lakes Region out of two fire stations, central and company 2. We are an all volunteer department with a roster of 40 members. We cover 36 square miles with 2 Engines, 2 Tankers, a Heavy Rescue (Squad), Utility Truck, Forestry Truck and a Reel Truck. Casco's year round residents population is around 3,500; which grows in the summer with our seasonal residents and visitors to 15,000. CFD is part of an automatic mutual aid agreement system with the Towns Of Naples and Raymond. This agreement provides extra manpower and resources on many emergencies, the agreement also allows our regionalized communications center to dispatch all three towns.
